At our Osteopathic & sports injury clinic in South Liverpool, Osteopath Michael Evans offers affordable and effective treatment as well as providing you with the knowledge to manage your problem and reduce your pain on your own. The practice was set up to help the general public as well as be a place for sports men and women alike to come and seek Osteopathic treatment. Michael uses his knowledge to provide a combination of hands on Osteopathic treatment and home/gym exercise advice. The advice is tailored to the individuals specific needs. This means the treatment and management plan is unique to you.
The practice is located in room 6 of the Eco Offices at the bottom of Ullet Road.
Michael will endeavour to provide thorough examinations and implement home care advice which includes a variety of strength training, proprioception exercises, stretching, and rehabilitation.
About the Osteopath
As well as holding a masters degree in Osteopathy from Leeds Metropolitan University, Michael is also a member the Great British Powerlifting Association where he has competed as a powerlifter and holds his Level 1 in coaching Powerlifting. Additionally, he has also completed an internship in Strength and Conditioning with Steel Habitat gym in Liverpool. Michael set up his Osteopathy clinic in South Liverpool with the aim of providing a unique approach to treatment by integrating Osteopathic treatment techniques alongside effective exercise rehab and management advice.
Patients are welcome to attend on self referral, g.p. referral or consultant referral.

About your visit
Please bring appropriate clothing (i.e shorts/t-shirt/vest top etc). Each treatment plan is individual to you and involves a whole body structured approach. During the consultation the osteopath will need to see the injured area, for example, the knee which is normally covered by clothing. In this instance it is advisable to bring shorts or another form of clothing that you are comfortable in. A gown will be provided.
Please arrive about 10 minutes early for the initial appointment to allow for filling in the information and consent forms.
All patients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
