Osteopathy appointments last approximately 40 minutes. Appointments will include a thorough case history, osteopathic examination, as well as a treatment if appropriate. A treatment will often include a variety of soft tissue massage techniques and stretching to the muscles as well as joint mobilisations and joint manipulations.
All patients will receive advice that is individual to their case as well as guidance on corrective exercises for at the gym or at home, lifestyle modifications and best known strategies to control and manage their problem.
Follow up appointments will be advised by your osteopath if recommended and discussed with you.

Six treatments for the price of five – this package can be ideal if you like to have regular maintenance treatments throughout the year to help keep those aches and pains from work, exercise or daily life away.
In the event of you not needing the full amount of treatment sessions then you can either keep them for a later date or be refunded the cost of the unused treatments.
Cancellation policy: We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, this is so we can reallocate to appointment to someone else. The full fee may be charged if we don’t receive the 24 hours notice.
