All sessions come with unique and thorough advice and guidance on corrective exercises, lifestyle modifications and best known strategies to best control and manage your problem. Treatment can include varying amounts of soft tissue and muscle specific work as well as techniques to target specific joints and movements/manipulations. All treatments come with a custom made maintenance protocol which includes detailed advice of exercises and strategies to implement into your home routine to keep those symptoms away.
